Watchmaking / Chanel

chanelLa Chaux-de-Fonds, in Switzerland, is the world’s largest concentration of activities related to Haute Horlogerie. The choice of La Chaux-de-Fonds as the office for Chanel watchmaking ateliers was quite natural. From the design to final assembly, Chanel teams draw, design, shape, cut, print, polish, assemble, balance out and adjust all of the components in a watch, including some parts of mechanical clockworks housed in the famous J12 cases made of high-tech ceramics.
