History / The Hausmann & Co. salon is meeting place for artists and painters

In the 30s, the salon of the Roman shop Hausmann & Co. became a meeting place for artists and painters: among the others, Capogrossi, Tamburi, Fazzini were usual guests. The “artistic club”  Hausmann & Co. influenced so much participants that Nicola Normando’s foster son, “handyman” of the shop, undertook a career that would enrich Italian and international art history with the name of Macrì.
